Have you heard about Keto but not about Ketotarian? You're not alone! I discovered Dr. Will Cole on the podcast The Diary of a CEO (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=will+cole+podcast) Dr. Will Cole was also featured in the IIN Heath Coach Training Program as a Keto expert and introducing his Ketotarian plan. I have been following a Ketovore diet for the past years but never heard of the term ketotarian. On my way to expand my diet with eating more plants but keeping to the Keto principles (in a nutshell high fat, low carb) this way of eating appeals to me. Verdict? Not sure yet after only 2 recipes (also adapted to the products I can get here in Hong Kong). But I am always willing to try new recipes so here are some pictures of the dishes I tried.

This title immediately brought to mind a conversation I had with my sister last year. She was raving about this new diet she was on, and I kept hearing "keto" and "vegetarian" mixed up. For the longest time, I pictured her eating only cheese and lettuce, which, as you can imagine, wasn't sustainable https://web.archive.org/web/20120805200217/http://www.justice.gov/usao/nys/pressreleases/july12/pokersettlement.html It took a good ten minutes of her explaining the carb restriction and plant-based focus for me to finally grasp what she meant. It’s funny how easily our brains can misinterpret things when we're not fully paying attention. I’m really curious to dive into this post and understand the nuances of being "keto-tarian" properly, so I don't have any more food-related misunderstandings with my family! Thanks…
